All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Payment of deposit or full payment (as applicable)
  • Written booking confirmation from our team

3. Pricing

All prices quoted are subject to availability, seasonal changes, supplier revisions, and currency fluctuations. Prices may change until your booking is confirmed. Unless specifically stated, prices do not include visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional excursions, or meals not mentioned in the itinerary.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and other approved methods. Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

5. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date, as well as the policies of hotels, airlines, and other suppliers. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

6. Amendments by Customer

Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional charges may apply, and we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

7. Cancellation or Changes by Us

In rare cases, we may need to make changes to your itinerary or cancel the booking due to operational reasons. If this happens, we will offer suitable alternatives where possible.

8. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, correct visa (if required), and all necessary health or vaccination documents. We are not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation, lost baggage, and personal liability. Travel is at your own risk.

10. Liability

Nest Holidays Ceylon acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, and transport providers. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by these suppliers or events beyond our control.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or flight disruptions.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, or attempt unauthorised access. All content on the website belongs to Nest Holidays Ceylon.

14. Governing Law
